Пытаюсь установить бертопик, но Winerror2 ⇐ Python

Я пытаюсь установить bertopic в VScode с помощью pip и использую виртуальную среду, но при построении фрагмента предложения получаю ошибку Winerror2.
Я пробовал установить фрагмент предложения отдельно, но то же самое происходит ошибка.
Я использую версию Python 3.12.0 и версию pip 23.3.2

Также я могу загрузить другие библиотеки, но ошибка появляется только с bertopic.
