Ошибка WinHTTP 12029 Невозможно подключиться ⇐ C++

Я пытаюсь установить http-соединение со своим доменом и вернуть строку. У меня он работает с www.microsoft.com, но когда я меняю домен на www.atomic-gaming.info (мой домен), я получаю ошибку 12029, а если я меняю ссылку на www.yahoo.com, я получаю ошибку 12017.
