Node_Exporter не удалось создать шаг exec ⇐ Linux

Getting Error when attempting to run Node_Exporter service.

I have installed node_exporter on a Linux Focal Fossa 20.04.6 LTS.
Prometheus is also installed and working.

Node_Exporter.Service file is in the /etc/systemd/system

Binaries is /usr/local/bin/node_exporter

systemctl status node_exporter

`Invalid unit name "node_exporter " escaped as "node_exporter\xc2\xa0" (maybe you should use systemd-escape?).
Unit node_exporter\xc2\xa0.service could not be found.`

but I am still getting error when service is started,

journalct- -xe
