Я использую дистрибутив Anaconda с Python 3.9. Среди установленных пакетов у меня есть numpy, pandas и т. д. В PyCharm IDE я установил интерпретатор проекта как путь к python.exe, установленному с помощью Anaconda: C:\Users\[user]\anaconda3\envs[Tensorflow ]\pythonw.exe
