Контроллер REST не распознает запрос GET в приложении Spring Boot ⇐ JAVA

Я пытаюсь реализовать простое демонстрационное приложение MVC с помощью Spring Boot, но при выполнении приложения получаю ошибку 404. URI — http://localhost:8080/, который предназначен для отображения всех строк в таблице с именем Circle.

База данных запущена и работает, в кружке таблицы 5 строк:


Uri по умолчанию (/beans, /health..) работает нормально, но реализованный контроллер не распознается. В консоли такая ошибка не отображается, ниже приведен дамп журналов, распечатанный в консоли после отправки запроса.
