RecursionError при импорте библиотек в Jupyter Notebook

Я установил Jupyter Notebook на свой новый компьютер. Когда я пытаюсь импортировать библиотеки Python, некоторые не выдают ошибок, а другие (известные библиотеки, с которыми я работал раньше) выдают ошибку рекурсии со следующим сообщением:
