Сеанс глобальной переменной не запоминается ⇐ Php

Сейчас я работаю над личным проектом, где создаю крутой сайт (это было не круто). Я пробовал просить у ИИ почти все, что мне нужно для PHP Project. Я неплохо разбираюсь в HTML и CSS.
Проблема в том, что $_SESSION ничего не запоминает! Когда я попытался использовать var_dump($_SESSION), он дал мне array(0) { }. Я столько раз спрашивал ИИ, что уже начал думать, что ИИ-контроль взорвется. Вот код:
