Ням обновление RHEL 9 не позволяет установить лучший кандидат на обновление ⇐ Linux

Я пытаюсь обновить yum и установить php8.1. Но при обновлении yum появляется ошибка ниже.
При попытке обновления yum выдается следующая ошибка:

Также попробовал yum update --nobest. Но это вызывает слишком много проблем с зависимостями.
