Ошибка сборки Maven в командной строке, но сборка в eclipse ⇐ JAVA

Я использую команду mvn clean из командной строки, и сборка не удалась.

Но когда я использую команду mvn clean изнутри eclipse, она успешно собирается.

Разница, которую я вижу, заключается в том, что в командной строке он пытается загрузить maven-clean-plugin-2.5, тогда как из eclipse он успешно загружает 2.4.1.

Но мне нужно запустить только 2.5.
Может ли кто-нибудь мне помочь в этом?
