Что такое ALWAYS_EMBED_SWIFT_STANDARD_LIBRARIES с CocoaPods, Swift 3 и Xcode 8 ⇐ IOS

после установки Cocoapods и добавления модуля "SwiftCarousel" в файл модуля и раскомментирования платформы: ios, '9.0' я получил эту ОШИБКУ

и что мне делать делать?
