Когда я создаю новый > asp.net core web api > какое-то местоположение >
создайте и нажмите "Отладка" без изменений, затем откроется браузер с URL-адресом https://localhost:7125/swagger. И он не открывается из-за ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED. И в консоли .net я вижу
