Это исключение привело к внезапному сбою моего приложения. Насколько я знаю, никто, кроме меня, не видел этой проблемы, так что... что может быть причиной этого? У меня нет ничего со ссылкой на System.Windows.Baml2006...

Я пытался найти (безуспешно), какая из моих ссылок из этого list может использовать эту библиотеку System.Windows.Baml2006. Если, конечно, ошибка не является неправильным направлением, а настоящая ошибка совсем в другом.
У меня этот сбой случился только один раз. С тех пор я его больше не видел.
