Как заставить это колесо вращаться? ⇐ Python

Я создал колесо, но когда я пытаюсь заставить код вращаться, оно не работает.

Я уже пытался сделать это с помощью цикла, но для меня это было практически невозможно. Я в основном перетягиваю колесо. Вот код из части вращающегося колеса:

Код продолжает «вращать» колесо.
