React Native Не удалось найти com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.4.2 ⇐ Android

Я новичок в React Native и пытаюсь начать новый проект. Я следил за документами Google и уже установил студию Android. добавлен ANROID_HOME в переменные env и инструменты платформы в системные переменные, как указано в документации. во время запуска ``react-native run-android``. Я получаю эту ошибку
