Не могу скомпилировать OpenWatcom V2. ⇐ C++

Я пытаюсь скомпилировать OpenWatcom. Я получаю ошибки и ошибки, есть ошибки:

Как собрать OW V2 на Windows/MSYS2/Cygwin?
