Пакеты установки Python: не удалось установить пакеты с помощью команды установки pip ⇐ Python

Я пытался установить пакет vertex в своей среде conda с помощью команды pip install в командной строке anaconda, но постоянно получаю следующие предупреждения и ошибки:

У меня была такая же проблема при установке scipy около недели назад, но мне удалось обойти ее, используя следующее команда:

conda install -c conda-forge scipy

Это удалось, и затем я добавил канал conda-fronge в свою среду. При попытке установить пакет вершин с помощью команды установки conda я получил сообщение о том, что пакет вершин не найден в текущих каналах, и мне не удалось найти для этого подходящий канал. Командная строка:
