Не могу установить SDK из Android Studio ⇐ Android

Однажды у меня была Android Studio в Windows 11, и я удалил его. Now I installed it again It is installing correctly but then I the errors or the problems that are listed in the pictures below:
What's the reason behind being unable to download the SDK and how to solve this problem
