Mysql в xampp для php ⇐ Php

I am trying to start mysql on xammp control panel, but I am getting this error.

I want to connect php on VS code to mysql through xampp.I have tried uninstall and reinstall xampp several times, I am still getting the same error. I also copied the xampp path to environment variable
