Я создаю видеоплеера специального назначения в Python 3.6, используя OpenCV3 и FFMEPG для обработки изображений и использования PYQT5 для среды Windows. Я выбрал эту комбинацию пакетов, потому что FFMPEG обрабатывает более широкое разнообразие кодеков, чем Qtmultimedia.
