Adb не обнаруживает, что моя Nokia 2.2 нуждается в режиме восстановления ⇐ Android

So I have a Nokia 2.2 that I can't unlock the pin because sister forgets her password, I was about to do a reset but I remembered that the device doesn't even have USB debugging on to use ADB.

Even without USB debugging on, I still tried what I can find on the internet, I tried different Password opening apps such those Wondershare. I tried downloading adb drivers then nokia usb drivers, then tried running fastboot devices to see if it can detect but no, I tried almost everything but I can't seem to fix it. I tried looking at pretty much all forums regarding about Nokia 2.2, USB Debugging and ADB but cant find anything that works even the slightest. I tried looking for some videos but they say the same thing, I tried the TFM Tool Pro but quickly got blocked by Microsoft Defender as virus and I don't wanna risk an another virus infection.
