Открытая корзина: пользовательские модули не отображаются на сайте ⇐ Php

I am new with the Opencart and I was trying to implement a custom module. I able to add them in the Extension https://prnt.sc/3zYnLR3_bqM6. Added the following module in the homepage layout to see if its working https://prnt.sc/UNx6dtTc7p9L. Currently it is not showing the custom section.

I tried to recheck the codes, do not know if its right as I followed most of tutorials I've seen in the YT and open cart related forums . Still unsuccessful with the workarounds. Want to know how to make it appear in the website.
