Изменение стиля кнопки Android Material3 при загрузке сборки на телефон

What it looks like on emulator and production build
I have been struggling for this problem and putting it off for weeks and can't figure out why my material3 button won't load the correct styles (wrong color and no eleavated button styling). Pictures show the difference from XML and actually on phone. (Note: I've tested on different phones, still persists).
