Не могу создать новый проект laravel: не удалось загрузить laravel/laravel с dist: отсутствуют команды расширения zip и ⇐ Php

hello i've tried to create a laravel project but got this error below:





i have tried:

• removing the ```;```` on extension=zip from php.ini
• adding extension=gd and extension=php_zip.dll
• Installing Git

but all the solution which works on some people still cant work for me, please help
