Проблемы, начиная с J-Link GDB Server для RPi ⇐ Linux

I have downloaded JLink_Linux_V794l_arm64 and run the commands as per J-Link forum complete4d every step But while I go for this run command,

sudo ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe

I was getting

./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: 1: ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: ELF�+@@��@@�@@@@@�@@@TyTy8�8�G8�GH�: not found ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: 2: ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: 8�8�G8�G�@@DDQ�tdR�td8�8�G8�G�ib/ld-linux-aarch64.so.1GNUGNUo{������Ez7� : not found ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: 4: ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

Without sudo command, the response received was

bash: ./JLinkGDBServerCLExe: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

I just wanted to run J-Link Segger for RTT and access remotely to the segger
