I am a beginner in programming and I want create a system that its like an inventory system that can be search the item's number and can add or subtract the quantities for each item. I also want to create that will be updated live and will be using a database.

I did a lot researching and I am a bit confused of how it works. In YouTube, i did not see any procedures to create it. its too complicated for me.

Can I create this system with the knowledge of html,css,javascript??

Can anyone tell me what should I learn to create this system.
