Пытаюсь настроить vimspector, но получаю сообщение об ошибке при запуске «VimspectorInstall vscode-cpptools» [закрыто] ⇐ C++

As i said before i get an error when i run "VimspectorInstall vscode-cpptools" In the Screenshoot 1 I don't understand why python can't run these files and I don't know where to start. When I enter the checkhealth command I get the following.In the Screenshoot 2 How сan i solve this problem? I tried to update Python and also install missing modules manually via pip install vimspector
