Запуск клиента RMIregistry не работает при запуске терминала ⇐ JAVA

Whenever I try to run the java I can printout the system Started but not the exporting and binding

I already added the environment variables path of the java bin folder and added the firewall inbound rules java.exe

I expected to print (the Exporting and Binding done...) also expected to use the cmd would not close in entering start rmiregistry 9100
