Творческий ветер Z-индекс к переходу между элементами [закрыто] ⇐ Html

Hello I have 3 elements:
1- a rectangle div (a)
2- a full rounded image (b) in the center of (a)
3- a text (c) that transition in the center of screen from left to right
My question is it possible to make (c) appears only within the image (b)? that means when it appears from left screen, it should be covered by (a), when entering (b) it should be appear, and when it leaves (b) going to the right it should be also covered by (a).
Iam using Tailwind/css and I've tried with z-index but didn't resolve it since z-index of (c) should be higher than (b) and lower than (a) and that's not possible because z-index of (б) выше, чем z-индекс (а), спасибо.
