Отображать заполнитель для текстового поля даже после ввода пользователя ⇐ CSS

I have a textbox as below.





But When I enter the some values to the text box, the placeholder is hidden automatically.





I wanted the placeholder to be displayed even after I enter some values to the text box. I tried few solutions but didn't work. Please help me.
