I want to create a wordpress website where users can register and upload data and admin can check user profile and data and users can login and check their profile and any data updated by admin, basically users like patients will create profile and upload videos regarding their issues and reports in pdf, so users can register from register page and during registration they can fill their information and upload data, also they can later login and check the data if updated by doctor or any reports uploaded by doctor, and doctor as admin can check any registered user profile and upload data in his profile.

How to do this and what plugins should I use, and i only want to use plugins dont give me any custom coding advice.

I create basic website and tried some plugins but i am stuck about how a user can login and check his data and what plugins can do this
