H1 внутри div был смещен и из ниоткуда применен запас ⇐ CSS

I have an h1 inside a div, which offsetted itself down and I don't understand how did this happen.

the text being offset down
h1 selected with dev tools

h1 gets a top margin of 19.92 even though I did not set it.

I've tried to set it to 0, but the text is still outside the div.
