При установке Python возникла ошибка [закрыто] ⇐ Python

I can't install python 3.12.2 because of the 0x80070643 error in windows 8.1.

I've tried some solutions I got from google and no one of them works. One of them is "I restored to point December 2023". Any another recommendations?
