Якорный элемент с идентификатором, работающим только в одном месте? ⇐ Jquery

Я создал контактную форму, но при вызове с + ID она работает только в определенном месте. Если я помесчу А -куда -нибудь еще, он перестанет работать. Одна из ссылок в заголовке-«контакт», а вместо href у него есть идентификатор для запуска моего скрипта, который открывает всплывающую контактную форму. /p>
