Я пытаюсь установить Python 3.13.2 из источников, так как у меня нет корневого доступа на моей машине (OS Redhat 7.9). Мне нужен пакет SQLite3 для запуска Jupyter, но он не установлен в системе, поэтому Python отключает его.
