Ошибка при установке MYSQLCLIENT Python Linux ⇐ Python

Я пытаюсь установить mysqlclient в Linux и постоянно получаю эту ошибку ниже.
Я уже пробовал обновить:
sudo apt- get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev
И ошибка сохраняется:
