попробовал добавить это в файл build.gradle.kts composeOptions {
kotlinCompilerExtensionVersion = "1.2.0"
}
}

вместе с изменением kotin="1.9.24" на
kotlin = "2.0.0"

и компилирует dk = 35 в build.gradle.kts (:app)
Я получаю эту ошибку последние 2 недели и перепробовал все ответы в сети.
