Drop_duplications не работает в пандах? ⇐ Python

Цель моего кода — импортировать 2 файла Excel, сравнить их и распечатать различия в новом файле Excel.

Однако после объединения всех data и с помощью функции drop_duulates код принимается консолью. Но при печати в новый файл Excel дубликаты все равно остаются в течение дня.

Я что-то упустил? Что-то обнуляет функцию drop_duulates?

Мой код выглядит следующим образом:
