Как установить спаси? ⇐ Python

Я пытаюсь установить библиотеку spacy, используя команду «pip install -U spacy» в командной строке (запуск от имени администратора) в ОС Windows-11, но появляется какая-то непонятная мне ошибка. Я использую Python 3.13.0, gcc 13.2.0 и делаю 4.4.1. В чем может быть проблема? Или есть другой способ установить spacy?
