Маркер на карте osmdroid ⇐ Android

Я создал MapView в проекте AndroidStudio, используя библиотеку osmdroid, следующим образом:

mapView = findViewById(R.id.mapView)
mapView.setTileSource(TileSourceFactory.MAPNIK)
mapView.setMultiTouchControls(true)

затем я создал маркер на карте:

mapController.setZoom(15.0)
mapController.setCenter(thePoint)

val marker = Marker(mapView).apply {
position = thePoint

isDraggable = true

setAnchor(Marker.ANCHOR_CENTER, Marker.ANCHOR_BOTTOM)
}
mapView.overlayManager.add(marker)

Теперь я правильно вижу маркер на своей карте. Проблема в том, что маркер нельзя перетаскивать... Что я забыл?
