Ошибка при установке pip scikit-image ⇐ Python

Я использую 64-разрядную версию Windows 8.1 и Python 2.7. При попытке установить scikit-image из оболочки

pip install scikit-image

Я столкнулся с этой ошибкой:

Загрузка проходит нормально, но установка не удалась. В чем проблема и как ее решить?

После обновления моего пипа с помощью

python -m pip install -U pip setuptools

и повторив попытку, я получил:

Что не так?
