Воздушный поток: невозможно подключиться к ('0.0.0.0', 8080) ⇐ Python

Я использую Ubuntu 16.04, я установил Airflow с помощью pip. Следующий шаг

airflow initdb

Это работает нормально. Но когда я пытаюсь запустить веб-сервер

Как это решить? Это проблема с сервером Gunicorn или нет?
С помощью netstat я получил такой результат

sudo netstat -nlp | grep :80
tcp6 0 0 :::8080 :::* LISTEN 1711/java


Насколько я понимаю, порт используется. Но что такое 1711/java? Если я его отключу, это повлияет на что-то еще?
