Я хочу загрузить mimic3 для своего проекта Tts, но всегда получаю сообщение об ошибке

Я попробовал установить с помощью PyPI с помощью pip install mycroft-mimic3-tts, попробовал установить PYTHONUTF8=1 и установить LANG=utf-8, затем я загрузил папку с GitHuB и попробовал установить с помощью pip install -r require.txt, но ничего не получилось.
В setup.py он декодируется с использованием utf-8, поэтому Я не понимаю, в чем проблема.
