но файл не существует
Я не знаю, следует ли мне создать файл или могу ли я изменить файл, а затем включить устаревшие шифры, как описано здесь, или как настроить поддерживаемые наборы шифров. Не уверен, зависят ли они от версии openssl, поставляемой с установкой php.
