Для работы над проектом я использую виртуальную среду Python. После настройки venv и извлечения данных из git я попытался выполнить команду pip install -r require.txt, но получил следующую ошибку:

Я использую Python версии 3.10.2, версию pip 22.0.4.
Есть идеи, как это исправить? Я установил Rust, но это не помогло.
