Android SDK не найден для реакции на родной ⇐ Android

В Интернете есть множество подобных вопросов, и пока ни одно из предложенных решений не помогает.

Я использую Android Studio 4.0.0, и, возможно, проблема в этом.

Попытка устранить проблему с SDK через врача не может быть успешной, поскольку при попытке установки происходит сбой с сообщением «отказано в разрешении». Инструменты командной строки Androd, несмотря на то, что PowerShell и IDE запускаются с правами администратора.
