Что делают test_func и view_func в Python/Django? ⇐ Python

Я пытаюсь разобрать следующий код в Django, чтобы понять, что он делает, и при необходимости отредактировать его, но я не могу до конца понять, что делают некоторые из этих функций и куда они приходят. from.

Являются ли test_func и view_func специфичными для Django или это встроенные функции Python?

Вывод:
Я не понимаю, как/почему я упустил из виду тот факт, что они просто определялись как аргументы функций. Мне нужно начать уделять больше внимания деталям.
