Невозможно загрузить Wordpress install.phpw с сервера Ubuntu

Я пробую это после более чем 10 часов поиска ответа и чувствую, что совершаю самую большую ошибку новичка.
Я пытаюсь запустить сайт WordPress с удаленного сервера до которого я могу добраться, но никогда не смогу завершить процесс установки, поскольку wordpres/wp-admin/install.php никогда не загружается в моем браузере.
Я постараюсь предоставить как можно больше информации и следов :
