Проблема развертывания Vercel с совместимостью Python 3.12 ⇐ Python

Я пытаюсь развернуть приложение Flask на Vercel, но столкнулся с проблемой, связанной с тем, что Vercel использует Python 3.12 вместо предпочитаемого мной Python 3.10. Мое приложение прекрасно работает локально с Python 3.10 в виртуальной среде, но развертывание завершается сбоем из-за несовместимых зависимостей.
Я создал файл runtime.txt для указания Python 3.10, но, похоже, его игнорируют, и я также запустил проверку pip в своей виртуальной среде, что указывает на отсутствие нарушенных требований.
Когда я запускаю команду развертывания (vercel - -prod), я получаю неприятное сообщение об ошибке:
