Установка py-bcrypt на 64-битный Python Win 7 ⇐ Python

Пытаюсь установить py-bcrypt на Win7. Питон 64-битный. Первая ошибка: невозможно найти vcvarsall.bat. Немного погуглив, узнал, что мне нужно установить mingw. установил сейчас вот это

не знаю, что делать дальше. думаю, я просто не буду использовать bcrypt и попробую что-нибудь еще. Есть еще предложения?
