Хорошо, я написал python3 -m venv myenv и получил ту же проблему, что и в этом вопросе: pyvenv не работает, потому что обеспечение недоступно, но когда я написал sudo apt-get install python3. 12-венв, у меня получилось:

Я выбрал локаль en, не помогло, потом перешел на локаль c, и не помогло.
Кто знает, что делать?
